Quade and Royd were at The Ranch hunting today so, I dropped Taya and Dace off with my mom, and spent the whole day with Reese. We didn't do anything real exciting. We got the car washed. He helped me pick out a new pair of sunglasses. We ate lunch, and shared a fried ice-cream. We ended out date with a movie (Madagascar 2). For most of the movie I just sat and stared at Reese. His laugh was whole-hearted. His smile so beautiful. It was a lot of fun. It reminded me of what a good boy Reese can be. He is so sweet and funny. Reese is always thinking and very inventive. I love him so very much. The best part of the day was when he said, "Mom, this was the best day of my life!"
I am so very blessed to have him in my life. I know sometimes I am hard on Reese. I am always reminding him of the mistakes he makes, and how he needs to work on some of his behavior. I need to be reminding him of what a blessing he is in my life. I need to remind him that he is a child of God, and that our Heavenly Father loves and cares for him so very much. He is a vital part of our family. I don't think I can express to him how much he means to me. He will aways be my Reese-a-Roni Buttercup Baby weather he likes it or not.
